I designed this magazine project for mixed-race children aged 5-8, to give them a sense of identity and belonging. Mixed-race people often feel caught in the middle of their dual heritage, struggling to fully relate to either side of their racial identity.
Being biracial myself, I wanted to create something to tackle this problem from an early age, giving children an opportunity to learn about their mixed-race identity in a fun and educational way. This project was shortlisted for the Young Creative Awards 2024.
