Picked and Poured is a hypothetical, interactive cocktail making event hosted at Kew Gardens. The idea of this event is to attract the currently lacking audience of young adults (aged 18-30) to Kew Gardens, encouraging them to spend time in nature whilst doing something fun.
The main part of this event would involve visiting Kew’s kitchen Garden to pick fresh ingredients to use in the cocktails. The aim of this is to educate young adults about the benefits of growing food sustainably at home.
